Start by scheduling a demo with us! If you like what you see in the demo we will create a trial system for you (this usually takes under 24 hours) and schedule a training session with you and your team.
Absolutely! Our tech team will handle this for you at no extra cost. New customers coming from other systems usually give us a spreadsheet export of their existing database in CSV or XLSX format. At a minimum we require your users with the following data separated by column: first name, last name, email address.
Starter Plan: Up to 2 Training Calls. Pro Plan: Up to 3 Training Calls. Enterprise Plan: Up to 4 Training Calls. Any additional calls will incur a charge of $35/1 hour video call training session paid prior to booking. Unlimited support only entails email support unless otherwise specified in writing.

Yes and no. We manage talent globally for our customers, but the talent belong to our customers and are private to them only. Each customer has a separate database accessible to them only.
If you want to use SMS, you pay per SMS directly to our provider Vonage, typically 4 cents per SMS. A White Labelled app will also incur extra costs, as shown under the Starter and Professional description. Additionally, if you're purchasing the custom app, Apple charges a $99/year fee for a developer account at the time of writing. This is not something StaffConnect bills for, and will need to be covered separately through your company.
